Clarence is a native Washingtonian and a lifetime Ward 5 resident. He grew up in Riggs Park and currently resides in the Trindad neighborhood with his wife and two adult children.
His early career was with the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue, and he was subsequently a tax auditor in the private sector. Currently, he is a tax consultant operating as Lee Tax Services for CareFirst Community Health Plan District of Columbia.
Clarence has served as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner 5D07 for three terms starting in 2014, and he ended his tenure as the ANC Chairperson in 2020.
