Washington, DC – (May 22, 2025)- Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
“Earlier this morning, Congress passed President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which prevents the largest tax hike on Americans, mandates no tax on tips, overtime and car loans, provides tax relief for social security, protects Medicare for Americans, secures our borders, restores peace through strength and modernizes our air traffic control system. This is an amazing win for everyone in America,” emphasized Patrick Mara, Chairman of the D.C. Republican Party.
He concluded, “Promises made, promises kept by President Trump. We urgently call on the Senate to take up the One Big Beautiful Bill and pass it! The future of our nation depends on your swift action.”
