Chairman Patrick Mara
Patrick is a consultant specializing in political campaigns, advocacy, and small business development, having previously served as the Executive Director of the District of Columbia Republican Committee. As the first Republican elected to the DC State Board of Education, he advocated for parental choice in education and represented DC on the National Association of State Boards of Education’s Government Affairs Committee. Patrick holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Political Science from Marist College. He is past President of the Marist College Alumni Executive Board and past Board of Trustees alumni representative. Patrick and his wife live in the Randle Highlands neighborhood of Washington, DC with their two young sons.

Committeeman Tim Costa
Seasoned political strategist and government affairs professional with deep experience in legislative, regulatory, and political advocacy. Served in senior roles on Capitol Hill and at the highest levels of state government in two states. Led and advised numerous political campaigns at the federal, state, and local levels. Currently a Partner at Continental Strategy, where I help clients navigate complex policy and political environments.

Committeewoman Joanne Young
Joanne Young, Managing Partner of Kirstein & Young, PLLC, specializes in commercial and federal regulatory law with a focus on aviation, representing diverse clients before U.S. Government agencies, Congress, and the courts. She has extensive experience in various aviation legal issues, including airline start-ups, ownership matters, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Young has held leadership roles in several organizations, including the International Aviation Club and the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Wesleyan University, Ms. Young has been a prominent figure in aviation law since founding her firm in 2006.
