Run for office in the District of Columbia!

Tired of ever increasing taxes, fees and elected officials who value adults over children in our schools? Notice an uptick in crime with little to no response in your neighborhood? Have you ever thought of running for office?

The DC Republican Party is looking for GOP candidates to run in the 2018 elections. While general election day is November 6, 2018 (and the primary for partisan offices is TBD), much preparation is needed to make a successful run for public office. You want to start planning your run as early as possible. The following offices are on the ballot in 2018:

Republican Primary Ballot (Date TBD)

Ward Chair: Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (All Wards)

DC Council: At-Large, Wards 1, 3, 5, 6

November 6, 2018, General Election Ballot

Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (Citywide/Nonpartisan)

DC State Board of Education: Wards 1, 3, 5, 6 (Nonpartisan)

DC Council: At-Large, Wards 1, 3, 5, 6
